Spring Fishing Is Heating Up on the Sacramento River
Spring is here, and we are getting close to Striped Bass season on the Sacramento River in Colusa, California. This is one of the most exciting times of year to get on the water, with fish ranging from 4 to 30 pounds and plenty of action for anglers of all experience levels.
Fast Action, Big Fish, and Great Conditions
The Sacramento River in Colusa is a prime spot for spring striped bass fishing. These fish hit hard, fight hard, and make for a fun, action-packed day on the water. Whether you like fishing with live bait or lures, this season gives you a great chance to hook into quality fish and enjoy a full day outside.
Trip Availability
We have daily trips available with room for up to 6 fishermen. These trips are perfect for friends, families, or small groups looking to spend a spring day on the river and get in on some great fishing.
River Salmon Is Back
We are also expecting a river salmon season this year on the Sacramento and Feather Rivers, which means it is time to start thinking ahead. If you want a shot at these big fish, booking early is the best way to get your preferred dates before the season fills up.
More Spring and Summer Fishing Options
In addition to striped bass, we will also be running:
Bass and trout trips on Shasta Lake
WhiskeytownKokanee salmon trips, which should produce great action this season
